Linn Mill is a small hamlet to the northeast of Clackmannan, which during the 17th and 18th century hosted two mills which were using the Black Devon river for water power (possibly a corn or grain mill and a sawmill).

The mills were on the south side of the river and a small settlement grew nearby. Linn Mill is notable for its tall and narrow road bridge crossing the Black Devon.

Linn Mill Bridge was constructed in the early to mid-19th century. It is a tall single-span round-arched bridge which has curved approaches. The bridge is made with squared and coursed rock-faced masonry. A concrete coping with a metal and concrete parapet were added later. It has a dramatic setting over a steep gorge within which the Black Devon lies.
